Description: It is well known that ARDS patients (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome) mortality rate is high. Establishment of a full treatment (respiratory management, drug therapy) is urgently needed.
For this purpose, development of a new powerful HFO ventilator for adult patients and the development of a clinical protocol to use High
Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFO) for the respiratory management of those patients in order to improve the outcomes needs immediate attention. We aim to spread the use of HFO in adult patients from Japan to the world.
